NDIS Registered providers are the businesses or people who deliver supports and services for participants with the National Disability Insurance Scheme. They are required to adhere to NDIS Provider Compliance and Standards. Unregistered providers can still support plan-managed participants but can’t claim payments directly from the NDIA. However, they can invoice participants themselves. 1. Stringent Safety and Quality Compliance Registered providers are held to strict standards by the NDIS Commission and must have clear processes and systems in place.
